R. Kelly Verdict: Not Guilty

A jury acquitted R. Kelly today on all 14 charges of child pornography, after less than a day of deliberations. Both R. Kelly and the alleged victim denied that they were the ones appearing in the 26-minute sex tape.

Cases like these make it harder for the D.A. to rely on video evidence alone to prosecute people. It took them 6 years to waste time and government money to “gather evidence”. Even if they could prove it was him on the tape they couldn’t prove that the girl was underage. I could make a sex tape with Little Lupe (Google her) and they’d probably charge me too even though shes 21 lol. But if the girl had testified against him, who knows what would have happened……….

She didn’t testify against him because she a hoe. Plain and simple. He probably fucked her over 1000 times since then and she probably drank over 100 gallons of his piss by now. What’s a 14 year old girl doing anywhere with a 40 year old grown ass man that ain’t her father or uncle or something and what’s a 40 year old man want with a 14 year old girl. Especially if he R. Kelly. That’s kind of pathetic. And anyone who bought his album knowing that shit is kind of pathetic for supporting someone who would rather be with a 14 year old. That’s like some kind of social disorder if you don’t even have the confidence to approach grown women but would rather fuck 14 year olds. Whatever. It wasn’t a matter of identifying R. Kelly - the jurors were convinced it was him. It was the fact that there was no victim subpoenaed to testify. No victim = no case.
Somehow after watching the Boondocks take on the trial I knew parody would translate to reality…
