Being from the Chi i feel as if i can understand where Kan is comming from to a ‘T’… We r from a world (chicago) of “House” music 1st and then R&B and maybe hip hop next.. so When you live and breathe the culture and music as much as he does, you tend to strive for perfect representation and creative integerity of the music at every turn. Something NO OTHER music or its’ culture demands.. sounds stressful huh? So love him or hate him..thats your choice as a fan,,ATLEAST try to understand and appreciate what he’s trying to bring to the table.. or go listen to souljaboy..ONE!

Anyone who has seen glow in the dark knows he comes out in character and doesn’t even address the crowd like that. his performance at glow in the dark was the best i have seen from anyone. my level of respect for him grew 10 fold. in va he performed thru a tornado watch with limited props too and still gave it his all on mothers day (the first after his mom died).

I was at bonnaroo and heres my take on the situation. I went to see him because I heard how amazing his shows were. I waited which was MY choice just like everyone who was at the show. We all stayed and we boo’ed at the delays but the second we hit the stage EVERYONE cheered. The amazing show I came for was not there but I gained a new respect for him as a rapper because he DOES try very hard. My problem was that he did not acknowledge the audience. We all waited and he did not say hi he did now ask us how we were. The second he hit the stage he was singing and he was singing untill he left the stage. All I wanted was for him to at least say hi. I mean come on lol But I have no beef with him and I dont think many people do. The media is blowing this way out of porportion. Anyway you got a new fan out of me thanks to Bonnaroo kanye and I know thats not much but you say you do it for the fans so that should at least soften the blow because I cant be the only one out of 90,000 people that was impressed by how much you put into your shows. Keep kickin ass man!

soo OU86…your a dumb ass piece of shit. dont ever say that bonnaroo is trash because of hippy white people. im white, im not a hippie and the main reason i went to bonnaroo was for kanye. however, since his late performance (which i could only stay awake for half of) and the fact that he didnt apologize or even adress the audience at that, i have lost all respect for him. i still love his music but he is a shitty person for what he did at bonnaroo. none of you were there and you werent exausted waiting for one of your favorite performers only to be dissapointed.. so dont fuckin talk like were bad people for being angry at kanye for his actions

as a kanye fan… and an attendee to the greatest tour ever THE GLOW IN THE DARK TOUR… i wanna say that Mr.West gives it is all each and every fuhkin night… i saw one hell of a porfomance… even when he got DICKED out of the MTV awards for dumb ass Britney Spears he still roc’d the show… so fuck the haters Kanye… That dude was mos def in a barber shop and forgot 2 get his haircut!
