I’m just some Mexican Girl from Cali, but why doesn’t Dead Prez give credit to the African People’s Socialist Party? I mean they had that snippet of Chairman Omali Yeshitela on Let’s Get Free on their Wolves track, but it seems like right before they put out a new album they read up on what power moves this organization is working on and make a song about it like if they came up with the topic all on their own. Like that song he was talkin’ about Devil Get Off Me, Africa Hot sounds just like the ASI http://www.asiuhuru.org/ or http://uhurunews.com/
This is just my oppinion. I’m not mad that they’re getting the message out there. They should just give credit where credit is due, but maybe they do some how & I’m just trippin’
