Eminem Covers Complex December/January Issue

Speaking of 50, he’s been venting about his placement on MTV’s “Hottest MCs” list. You were excluded.
Eminem: You know, when I heard that the other day, I didn’t really think too much of it. My only comment was, “That’s some peoples’ opinion.” It’s their opinion, and opinions can’t be wrong. As long as I’m comfortable with what I’m doing and I’m comfortable in my zone, then that’s that.
Eminem covers Complex for the end of the year issue, and Marshall gets quite personal. He speaks on his parallels to Michael Jackson and his addiction, how he put on weight (and lost it) as well as playing two-on-two with 50 against Kanye and Jonah Hill, Donkey Kong and how sobriety has changed his life for the better. Word to everything, Donkey Kong is still that video game.
We’re definitely looking forward to hearing him craft more ’songs’ rather than punchlines and shock raps for the next go around. You can read more of Em’s talk with Noah Callahan over at Complex and watch some behind the scenes video of the cover shoot.

to Relapse isn’t even bad. i dont know what people are talking about when they said the shit was ass. smh
i personally like the “shock rap and punchlines”!! there is an art or “craft” to come up with these lines and most rappers really cant do or get away it 2b honest…i tend 2 listen 2how rappers say there lines (aka delivery, cadence, multi’s) as oppose 2what they say….im cut from that cloth and i think Em is 2 cause if u listen 2 any Em song even the worse song he managed 2 sneak some doubles or punchlines in….its called HIP-HOP……DAMN!!!
Great interview one of the most interesting rappers in the Game
