#5 mixtapes arent sold worldwide therefore your arguement is on mute. Are u serious compare wayhen work to Kanye or Jay and u cant honestly say his overall work is better than either one. Wanye is a good but he could be better. It dont seem like he respect his craft the same as Kanye and Jay(e.g Cryin Out For Me Remix).
Weezy deserves number one spot,no arguements…
,he was on every single decent remix last year and ripped up tha track every time,not to mention the entire drought is over series were tha best mixtapes last year and beginning of this year.kanye had a good year i’d say number 2.once the carter 3 drop he’ll be miles ahead of the competition,and why the fuck iz 50 on there, and artists like loso and juelz arent ,fabs album was far better then curtis ,and with all tha material juelz did for tha i cant feel my face prequel he deserves a spot.and i’d say jeezy tip and ross all about even at tha moment.and lupe just keepz getting better and better.

This list is the most bullshit i’ v ever seen. MTV and this council is a joke. Viacom must have hand picked half this “MCs”. first off Jay Z’s last two albums have sucked so he should not even be on this list, so what he just did the biggest in rap history, live nation is getting robbed and he stoled Young Chris’s Flow. TI is one of the sickest rappers but he’s not hot right now, and i love 3stack’s and every thing he does so phe’s an auto pick for top 10. 50, Kanye, and Wayne top 5 hands down.
Jeezy and Lupe have stepped it up over the past 6 months,albums, mix tapes, remixes and features, so I would put them in my top10 too, A SUPERSTAR ! Snoop, Legendary, but 2 hot singles and a TV show does not make u in the top 10. So that leaves us with the most glaring spots on this list. 1st Rick Ross is not a Hotter MC than 50, shit not even Lloyd Banks, shit barely better than Yayo. His album lackluster and full of weak “ft’s”, I.e. young hov. Maybe to 15, Maybe! And last but dame sure not least, is Joe Buddens! He dropped a “Klasix” in the form of MM3. He finale got off of def jam and Jay became a copy cat and followed suit. And is the only MAN two KILL the self called “GOAT”, and then go on radio and talk shit about it. So how in the fuck does he get left off this list? I don’t know, MTV you have some Damage Control to do, surprised Puffy was not on this list! Press Play, Take that, Take that!
