It always bothered me that with all the pharrells and timbalands being right outside of dc and having hella success that they never put any local dudes like this on. But props to the boy Wale for reppin D.C. DC is one of the few "major" cities that doesn't have a distinct sound associated with it (aside from gogo) so that should help stop people from focusing on where he's from and more on how dope his shit is.
