The Nike Big Nike is one of those retros that it feels good to see getting burn. Part Dunk, part Jordan, and part Vandal depending on the color way the shoes take on a very different feel each time. Manny Pacquiao has another pair of Trainer 1’s set for release. This will be the third shoe that we have seen bearing the boxers name and this time around the shoes are a more literal interpretation of Manny’s heritage and they display the colors of the Phillippines flag. The Nike Blazer is still rolling off of its summer momentum and looks to excite us for the winter. Here we can see an extension of the Blazer High Vintage collection, which look much more understated than the green, red, and blue pairs. We told you guys several times that Jordan Brand would be releasing several colorways in the popular Air Jordan 12 (XII) silhouette, including the Rising Sun version shown here. hey sport an all white leather upper along with perforated portions for ventilation purposes, as well as a splash of patent leather on the toe. Finishing off the shoe is a red Jumpman logo, which adds depth to this otherwise bland shoe.

In case you didn’t know, the Air Jordan 12 (XII) is inspired by the Nisshoki, which is the Japanese rising sun flag, as well as a 19th century women’s dress boot. It features stitched leather which radiates outward like sun rays, and this theme extends all the way to the arch of the shoe. The Gucci Icon – Temporary is a brand new project, consisting of a pop up Sneaker store that will travel the world, beginning this month. Gucci’s creative director, Frida Giannini uses his strong sense of style and knowledge of Gucci’s clientele in conjunction with the award winning musician Mark Ronson to create this exclusive collection of Gucci Ronson sneakers. With 18 releases, 16 of them being mens with the remaining two being for the ladies, you can expect to see tons of signature Gucci designs with an artistic edge. The inside of each shoe will be inscribed with the words ‘Limited Edition’ as well as an optional lace tag, that can be embossed with the customer’s initials. Aside from the sneakers themselves, the kicks will come with either a silver or gold dog tag as well as exclusive packaging that will vary based on each city of the tour. While some of you may be wondering how Mark Ronson ties into the project; turns out he has been a collector for years.

I spent many many years as an avid sneaker collector, so I wanted to make sure these Gucci shoes were truly special, both from an aesthetic point of view and a collectible one. Frida and I also agreed that it was important for there to be a unique musical element to the project, so I’m going to be collaborating with artists to make limited edition tracks for each store opening. – Mark Ronson
